This is a charming antique folding writing desk with a small size and low height. It can be used as a small table for enjoying evening drinks on the veranda. It's also perfect for reading or using a laptop in bed. It can also be used as a cute desk for children's drawing. Furthermore, it has a wonderful atmosphere as a stand for tea ceremony utensils, or as a display stand for flower vases, folk crafts, and small items. Recommended for those who appreciate the look and feel of old wood and the patina of age. [How to Use] The mechanism for securing the legs is very clever. By turning the included copper key (metal fitting), the legs can be firmly secured. When not in use, it can be folded for space-saving storage. Open the folded legs, insert the copper key into the round hole, and turn to secure. Once fixed, it can be used as a small and cute writing desk. ◎Size Approx. Width 48.5cm * Depth 30cm * Height 21.2cm (7cm when folded) ◎Condition As this is an antique item, it is not in perfect condition. We would be grateful for your understanding. Please consider this item if you appreciate the unique atmosphere of vintage items, which cannot be found in new products. Due to age-related deterioration, there are some stains, small scratches, peeling lacquer, scuffs, slight unevenness or warping on the tabletop, and signs of use over time. One side of the leg has a slight wobble. It moves a little even when secured with the copper key, which is thought to be due to loose screws on the crossbar connecting the leg and the tabletop, and may be repairable. We ask for your consideration if you understand and can enjoy old items as part of their character. Peeling lacquer or other damage may occur during shipping.
